No Bake Protein Balls

What's better than a healthy, protein-packed Brownie Bite? A "No Bake Brownie Bite"!!

1 shake packet makes approximately 3 balls. Counts for 1 Protein, 1 Fat


These are great on the go or for an evening dessert! –Carol T.

Protein Balls (1 serving)


Ingredients:


  • 1 Shake packet

  • 3 tbsp. water

  • 2 tbsp. almond flour

Directions:


  1. Mix all ingredients in a small dish.

  2. Using a teaspoon, scoop “dough” into hand and roll into a ball.

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and enjoy!
